How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

You will receive tracking updates to follow your order every step of the way.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared the same day and shipped on the next working day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping, including both locker pickup and door delivery.

Which courier do you use?

All orders are delivered by The Courier Guy, ensuring fast and reliable nationwide delivery.

Will I receive delivery updates?

Yes. You will receive updates from both our team and the courier, so you always know where your order is.

What if I am not home?

If you are unavailable, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

If you are often unavailable, consider selecting Locker Pickup at checkout. Enter your preferred locker details in your address to collect your order at your convenience.

How does locker collection work?

Once your order arrives at the locker, you will receive a notification with a PIN.

At the locker:

  1. Enter your PIN on the screen
  2. The locker will open
  3. Collect your parcel and close the door

Simple and secure.

Can I change my delivery details?

Sometimes. If you need to update your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. Our team will prioritise your request and work with our courier partner to assist.

Please note that changes are not always guaranteed, but we will do our best to help.
