Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free shipping on all orders over R1000
Processing & dispatch times
We work fast so you don’t have to wait:

| Before 12:00 (12PM) | Packed and dispatched the same day |
| After 12:00 (12PM) | Packed the same day and collected by our courier the next business day |
| Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) | Packed and prepared, then collected on Monday |
Delivery timeframes
Once your order has been collected by our courier:
- Delivery typically takes 1 – 5 business days, depending on your location

All orders include tracking, so you can stay updated every step of the way.
- Track your order via your order status page.
Lost or damaged items
We’ve got you covered.
If your order is ever lost or arrives damaged, you won’t be left stuck. All shipments are fully covered by us and our courier partners. Simply contact us and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Failed delivery attempts
If a delivery attempt is made and you’re not available to receive your parcel:
- You can contact the courier directly to reschedule, or
- Reach out to our team and we’ll arrange it for you
