Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind or something is wrong with your order, here’s how returns and refunds work:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to make a return.

  • Eligible Items: Items can be returned only if they are unopened and unused. Used or damaged items caused by the customer cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we can replace it, issue a refund, or provide store credit. You may dispose of the defective product if you prefer; returns are not required in this case.

  • Refunds & Store Credit:

    • Store credit is applied immediately once approved.

    • Refunds to the customer’s payment method may take up to 5 business days.

  • Exchanges: We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Self-Serve Returns: Returns can be initiated directly from your order page at account.lovelydingeqs.com.

  • Manual Returns via Email: If contacting us via email, please include your order number and the items you want to return.
