Eligible Items: Items can be returned only if they are unopened and unused. Used or damaged items caused by the customer cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we can replace it, issue a refund, or provide store credit. You may dispose of the defective product if you prefer; returns are not required in this case.
